All FULL-TIME UNDERGRADUATE, GRADUATE, EVENING, ONLINE, and INTERNATIONAL PBA students will be required to go through the health waiver process and must either select or decline the PBA Health Insurance coverage. This simple process can be completed by visiting
the United Health Care portal. If this is not completed prior to the deadline, a one-time insurance fee of $2,085
will be applied to your bill.
